Android kitkat hits 13.6% jelly bean falls below 60% and Gingerbread under 15%

Google  yesterday updated its platform Versions page for Android and revealing that KitKat has entered double-digits for the first time,and also  hitting 13.6%  But interesting things to see was all other versions have lost share,including Jelly Bean with 60% and Gingerbread under 15%.

Here breaking down the numbers into more specifically.

Ice Cream Sandwich :- 14.9% of Android users are using Ice Cream Sandwich.

Jelly Bean :- 58.4% are using Jelly Bean.

Gingerbread :- 14.9%  are using Gingerbread.

Between May and June, Android 4.4 grabbed a massive 5.1% points.

Android 4.3 – gained     1.8% points.

Android 4.2 – gained 0.3% points.

Android 4.1- dropped 4.5% points.

Gingerbread :- Hit of 1.3 points(from 16.2% to 14.9%)

Froyo :-  Slipped 0.2 % points(from1.0% to 0.8%)

Right now it seems unlikely that we will see Android 4.4 KitKat in a leadership position in 2014,however this month’s growth is definitely promosing.
